Duration: One Half Day Content Synopsis: Recap of writing skills for thesis presentation, referencing, etc. Examining a range of examples of PhD thesis presentation including published books, CD-ROMs using multimedia and databases, web-based formats, PDF and hybrid formats. Critical responses to these formats. Discussion of current issues concerning the relationship between text and image for thesis presentation, and linear versus non-linear information.
