Irony artwork

Triptych from Irony (24x72in, colour photographic prints)

This is a long-term art project, linking the North-East England region (an area of former heavy coal and steel industry, now declined) with other similar regions (Pittsburgh, Detroit, Hamilton, etc.) The project includes both Irony (my own photography/mixed media artwork), and International Ironic Links (a wider Internet project) involving other artists working with post-industrial issues).

Irony has had support from Northern Arts & Banff Center for the Arts, Canada.
